| Abstract: | This course focuses on the structure and function of genes at the molecular level. Topics include the synthesis of nucleic acids and proteins and the mechanisms of gene expression and control in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. An emphasis is placed on the design, analysis, and interpretation of classic and contemporary experiments. |
