Case topics include financing current operations, long-term financing, investment decisions, signaling with dividend and debt policies, and mergers and acquisitions. Contemporary corporate financial issues are examined, as well as financial ethics. The course will include extensive use of computerized financial spreadsheets. Students are organized into teams for case discussion and preparation. Prerequisite: Business Administration 351.
