| Abstract: | The objective of this course is for students to gain an understanding of the Federal income tax
law and policy as related to corporations, partnerships and other similar entities. The course
will be problem‐based and will include a discussion of Federal income taxation policy and corporations, partnerships and other business entities classifications. The course will also include an analysis of business and family tax planning aspects and choice of entity issues. |
