| Abstract: | This course consists of weekly individual lessons (45min or 1 hr) with occasional labs and or participation in guitar ensembles. The purpose is to learn to read music and perform classical guitar literature with proper technique and interpretation. Music theory will be incorporated when applicable. Various styles of music will be discussed as it applies to the guitar, including interpretation of newer forms of guitar notation including tablature. |
