| Abstract: | This are images of some of the performers at the arrival of two Giant Pandas, Le Le and Ya Ya, at the FedEx air field. The pandas were flown in a specially equipped FedEx airplane and greeted by Chinese and Memphis dignataries and guests. The arrival of the pandas offered both an introduction to Chinese culture and the opportunity for research by Rhodes students with biology professor, Dr. Alan Jaslow. |
