Abstract: | Second Year Search continues the exploration, begun in the first year, of issues about human life in the realms of self, community, nature, and the world. This exploration is based on reading critically texts drawn from a variety of genres. Discussion in class will relate these readings to the historical eras from which they come, ranging from the Middle Ages to the beginning of the twenty-first century. |
