Abstract: This image shows the Erechtheion (also spelled Erechtheum) at the Acropolis of Athens. The Erechtheion is a temple dedicated to Athena and Poseidon located on the north side of the Acropolis. It was built between 421 and 406 BCE. The temple was photographed in Athens, Greece, in 2011.
Description: Photograph by Dr. Francesca Tronchin, June, 2011. This image was migrated out of MDID and into DLynx during the summer of 2014.
