Abstract: | Plaque inscription:This refectory is named in honor of Catherine Walter Burrow, wife of Aaron Knox Burrow, because of their belief in the ideals for which Southwestern stands and to which it is dedicated, these two loyal Memphis Presbyterians have, by their farsighted vision and sacrificial giving, woven their lives in to the structure of this college. Their beneficent influence will endure for generations as a symbol of the greatness of the human spirit. |
