Abstract: This issue of The Rat's ass dates from November 17, 1993. The second to last issue in the collection, a thinning in the quantity of articles continues from the previous few issues. The headline reads "Special 'ingrate by heritage' Issue!!" Charles Schafer composes a dialogue between faith and reason on the front page, and Chris Brown follows with a piece on ratios. Martin Fox continues his "Memoirs of a Memoir-Thief" and Dipak Ghosh gives the second act of his "Ramblin' Leaf". Pat Garrett gives a rare written contribution, and Ross Gohlke takes Brian Dixon's place in giving a top ten list.
