dc.description.abstract	This mural is located at Advance Memphis and features a bear surrounded by symbols and the words “Grind ‘Til You Shine.” Marshall worked with Jobs for Life participants to develop the concept of a Native American motif. The symbols represents overcoming hardships and rebirth. The bear and phrase are also an homage to the Memphis Grizzlies basketball team.	en_US
