| Abstract: | This course will introduce students to the science of AIDS with a focus on the viral structure and those
processes involved in the replication of the virus. In addition we will address issues that affect everyday
living, such as preventing HIV infection, vaccine development and the latest therapies/drugs used to treat
AIDS and HIV infection. |
