Abstract: Participants will learn to: 􀀎 View career planning as a long-term process that is affected by social trends, organizational policies, and individual development; 􀀎 Analyze the culture of the country and organization in which they are working; 􀀎 Assess their own needs, values, skills and interests and try to match these to specific occupational and organizational cultures; 􀀎 Develop career planning and job-hunting strategies and skills.
