| Abstract: | During this course of Intermediate Spanish, students will review and acquire a deeper
understanding of the grammar structures learned in Elementary Spanish. In addition,
students will refine skills in reading and listening comprehension, and in verbal and
written expression. Students' cultural knowledge of the Spanish-speaking world will be
expanded through introduction to a general panorama of cultural expression, including
literary pieces appropriate to the level. After completing the course, students will be
prepared to enter Advanced Spanish and deal with the more difficult aspects of the
language, as well as begin to study and analyze literature and other cultural
manifestations. |
