Abstract: | The figures are constructed of recycled steel plate rusted with a beautiful patina representative of our Memphis grit and heritage. They feature two long legs and a crescent shaped head with two small eyes and a thin nose. Some have two hols above the legs. Each figure faces a different direction, looking toward all corners of the city. This sculpture reflects a hope for the building and company sitting on the corner of Vance and BB Kingthat it will act as a bridge between two communities living together in one city. |
