Gender and Sexuality Studies explores gender as a category of analysis central to understanding human civilizations.The Rhodes College Gender and Sexuality Studies Program offers courses from 18 different professors in the humanities, arts, and social sciences. Students can choose to minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies, or they can explore Gender and Sexuality Studies courses without pursuing the minor. Prior to 2009, this program was called Women's Studies.
