| Abstract: | This course is the continuation of GREK 102, with particular reference to the writings of Herodotus. Since a large amount and a wide range of material will be covered during each class meeting, regular attendance is necessary to do well in the class. Although I will not take attendance, a student who is consistently absent or ill-prepared should expect a lower grade. We will continue our study of ancient Greek by finishing the last few units in Athenaze (Units 25-28). We will then focus on selections from Herodotus’ History. |
