dc.description.abstractCraig Solomon was inducted into the Rhodes College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2000. The Solomon Field for football practice was dedicated in 1994 in memory of the winning college football player and all-round outstanding athlete Craig R. Solomon ′79. Solomon led the nation in passing as he helped the Lynx football team to its 9-1-1 record in 1977. As of 2000, he held 14 Rhodes football records, including 71 career touchdown passes from 1975 to 1978.en_US
