Abstract: Playbill for A Successful Calamity, the first play to be performed under the new name of the drama group, the Pals. The Pals changed their name to the Southwestern Players in 1928. Clifford Penland directed the play featuring Fritz Heidelberg with Abe Fortas directing the orchestra and Walker Wellford in charge of lighting.
