Trace the history of evolutionary thought and the key thinkers who have shaped the theory. Understand the historical root and current impact of the anti-evolution movement. Evaluate recent and historic discoveries and publications in evolutionary biology and synthesize information from many sources to understand the current status and applications of this research. Apply the scientific method to key questions in evolutionary biology- develop and test hypotheses, evaluate patterns in data, and present conclusions.
