Abstract: | The Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library was opened in 2001. It is located at 3030 Poplar Avenue in the Binghampton area. The building is Modern in style. The building is practically made out of large strip windows due to the number of windows. All of the windows are fixed. The building is made out of brick. The roof has many different sections and heights. There is an eave on some levels of the roof. |
