Description: Nelle Spence, born in 1921 and a native Tennessean, moved to Highland Heights in 1940. While living in Highland Heights, she married and had two children, but was later on divorced. Ms. Spence highly values her community and believes that it's the people who make it home. She invests in her community by volunteering at schools, churches and hospitals.
