Description: Dossett Foster, born in 1941, is a member of the Highland Heights neighborhood. He grew up in Fayetteville, Tennessee and then moved to Memphis, Tennessee. He is a retired educator and coach. For high school, he went to Treadwell where heran track and played football. While in high school, he recalls that the community was �very close knit�. After high school he attended Rhodes College. During the civil rights movement he says that the sanitation strike was probably among some of themoststressful moments. Dossett Foster cares immensely about the Highland Heights community.
