Description: This is an interview with Mildred Harris. During this interview, Harris describes her childhood in Oakland, Tennessee before she moved to Memphis in 1951. Harris also talks about her experiences in Memphis which include working and raising her children. She also provides us with valuable life lessons that she taught her children.
