Description: This is an interview with Margaret Valiant and Peter Cooper. Valiant was the only white person to intergrate LeMoyne Gardens public housing development across from LeMoyne College. At this point Dr. Cooper had been an economics professor at the college for 27 years. This entry records their discussion about racial thought among students on campus and in the greater Memphis community.
