This is an audio recording of the "Ministers' Negotiations" on February 18th and 19th, 1968. City and labor representatives met to discuss the current Sanitation Workers Strike at the behest of members of the Memphis Ministers Association's Race Relations Committee. The association's president, Rabbi James Wax, organized the meeting to help encourage communication between both parties. Unfortunately, despite holding talks all night, the meeting was unsuccessful in breaking the stalemate between the two sides.-
