Description: This is an interview with Monsignor Joseph Leppert. Leppert was the pastor of St. Teresa of the Little Flower Catholic Church and founder of Memphis Catholic Human Relations Council. He worked for desegregation of Catholic parishes and schools. Leppert was one of the few active Catholic members of Memphis Ministers' Association.
