Description: Interview with Gilbert Delugach, whose family took part in the land and home development of the VECA neighborhood. Delugach gives details on the neighborhood's steady development from the late 20's up until the depression, then a spike again from 1938-1941. He also discusses the architecture and styles of the houses built in this time. This interview was conducted in 1979.
