dc.description.abstract	Students in The CLTV after school program came together with two local artists to design, paint and install two murals in Orange Mound with a partnership with Explore Bikeshare. This one is located near KFC.The gates of Melrose High are painted in black and white against a striped orange background. On either side are figures in black and white. Beneath are smiling children, painted in color.	en_US
