| Abstract: | This is a view of a valley on Naxos with a river running through the background and a bay. This image was taken from above the village of Apóllon, a small village in the north of the Island. This is an image of the coastline of the Bay at the settlement of Náxos, Nísos (the abandoned settlement), not the actual archeological site. |
| Description: | This image was digitized and added to Dlynx by the Visual Resources Center during summer, 2023. The metadata was created by students enrolled in Dr. Miriam Clinton's Greek Art classes. The student cataloger's name can be found in the dc.contributor.advisor field. |
