| Abstract: | This is an aerial black-and-white photo of the Lefkandi site. The darkness at the top of the photo is the South Euboean Gulf, which is next to the present-day Lefkandi Archaeological Zone. The image shows a couple of roads winding through several fields. The landscape is dotted with trees. The image has been modified, with archaeological features such as the Heroon made visible. |
