Abstract
Photograph outside of the entrance to the "Cave of Zeus" on Mount Ida. This is also known as the Idaean Cave. This cave is rumored to be the birthplace of Zeus. There is snow on the mountainside as well as shrubbery.
Description
This image was digitized and added to Dlynx by the Visual Resources Center during summer, 2023. The metadata was created by students enrolled in Dr. Miriam Clinton's Greek Art classes. The student cataloger's name can be found in the dc.contributor.advisor field.
