Abstract
This mural, located at Crump Stadium on Central High School’s eastern facade, is mixed media and was commissioned by UrbanArt. Over one hundred students worked alongside Sarantitus. Its message is of reconciliation; it was completed in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on the fiftieth anniversary of his assassination. It features the words “INTERBEING” and the verse “Mine eyes have seen the glory…”
