Abstract
This is an image of the quarry of Apollonas on Naxos. Similar to the closeup of Naxos Apollonas quarry site for the Kouros (sackett_12 and 13), this image is almost the same except from a further distance back. This image focuses more the quarry and surrounding landscape than on the kouros.
Description
This image was digitized and added to Dlynx by the Visual Resources Center during summer, 2023. The metadata was created by students enrolled in Dr. Miriam Clinton's Greek Art classes. The student cataloger's name can be found in the dc.contributor.advisor field.
