Abstract
Plaque inscription: "The Frances Falls Austin building stood near here from 1980 until construction of the Barret Library began in 2002. This gift of benefactor Falls Austin is now perpetuated in the Frances Falls Austin Conference Room and Executive Office Suite of the Rhodes Physical Plant Building."
