Abstract
This is a set of two black lacquer plates on slight bases. There is a design of flowers and fruits and vegetables (gourds, pumpkins, olives) in orange, green, gold etc. This design covers the rim of the plate, forming a square. There is a single piece of fruit (probably an apple) in gold in the center of the plate, surrounded by eight orange dots. One plate has slightly brighter colors than the other.
Description
This object was photographed and inventoried during summer 2017 by Jane Esklidsen '19 and Reagan Alley '18. It was uploaded to DLynx during fall 2018.
