Abstract
This image shows the Serpent Column, an ancient bronze column that was orignally part of a sacrificial tripod located in Delphi. It was relocated to Constantinople by Constantine I the great in 324. It was photographed at the Hippodrome of Constantinople in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2011.
