Abstract
This is a picture of the front of train engime number 280. Train service connected Clarksville with other southern cities. The students would take the train to watch the SPU football team play other college teams. From page 21 of the photo album.

These images were scanned from black and white snapshots affixed to photo album pages. Most of the images were taken by Ulysses Short Gordon, Class of 1915.
