Abstract
This slide is an overview of the Theatral area at the Palace of Phaistos. It is taken from the west, facing the Grand Staircase. Built during the Protopalatial period, the theatral area is west of the storerooms and is made out of large blocks of light colored stone (limestone).
Description
This image was digitized and added to Dlynx by the Visual Resources Center during summer, 2023. The metadata was created by students enrolled in Dr. Miriam Clinton's Greek Art classes. The student cataloger's name can be found in the dc.contributor.advisor field.
