Description
Interview with Joe Hough, lifelong member of the VECA neighborhood and active member of the neighborhood association. Hough talks about the changing demographics of the neighborhood and its effects on the real estate market. He discusses block-busting, red lining, and white flight. He also gives a brief history of the VECA Neighborhood Association. This interview was conducted in 1979. �
