Abstract
This issue of The Rat's ass dates from September 17, 1993. This paper was the "Special Bidet Issue!!" On the front page Chris Brown talks about Condoms and Christianity while Julie Meiman and Ross Gohlke discuss the Standards of Excellence. Mike Augspurger compares Rhodes to his old high school classrooms. On the last page the writer known as "Bat Guano" gives his experience after he got fired.
