Abstract
Description
This is an interview with the Managing Editor of Memphis Press-Scimitar, Ed Ray, a Macon, Georgia native and graduate of Mercer University. Worked through the papers for Negro equality. In this recording he discusses the specific workings of the papers he worked for and the state of race relations in various cities around the country.
