Abstract
Description
This is an interview with Cheryl Childs, who moved to Cleaborn Homes in '86. Cheryl says she liked the neighborhood when she moved in; it was lively, and she felt a strong sense of community. Her kids went to the Emmanuel Center over the summer and after school. She says outsiders destroyed the neighborhood by bringing drugs and sex work into the community.
