It was created as a part of Bullock�s residency through Community Lift, a collaboration with South Memphis residents, LeMoyne Owen students, and�Memphis Rox Climbing. many colorful images can be seen in this mural, depicting justice, powerfulk people, memphis history, and the culture of the area.
