Abstract
This is a painting of buildings alongside a street with figures alongside the street. The sky is painting in bright blue and the buildings are in bright reds and yellows. The painting is framed with a tan wooden frame with a plaque in the bottom center that reads “NORTH MAIN STREET / BY / MARIO BACCHELLI 1893-1951 / THE GIFT OF / FRIENDS OF THE ARTIST”. The artist’s signature “M Bacchelli 48” in the bottom left corner of the piece.
