Abstract
Description
This is an interview with Homer Harper, past resident of the Cleaborn Homes neighborhood. He says he liked the neighborhood when he moved in, but people came in and brought problems (e.g. violence, gangs). He also mentions the schools that closed and how Cleaborn homes was a community.
