Abstract
This is a portrait of Thomas Winston Briggs wearing a black suit and a dark green tie.. He is standing up with his arms bent and together on a dark green background. The portrait has a decorative wood frame and a plaque in the bottom center that reads “THMOAS WINSTON BRIGGS / 1886-1964 / Founder and President of / Welcome Wagon International/ Portrait gift of Mrs. Briggs / Portrait by K. Doyle Ford”. The artist’s signature “K Doyle Ford” is written in red at the lower right hand corner of the portrait. There is some damage on the portrait.
