Abstract
This is a painting of an organic subject in monochrome blue-gray. It appears to be placed on a surface. The background is a flat gray. There is no frame and no writing on the front besides a small purple mark in the center near the bottom of the piece. On the back of the canvas in the top left corner is the artist's signature in pencil "Montserrat Alsina" with "5 / 84." The canvas is in fair condition with pieces of attached wood to give support. Top piece of wood is beginning to be loose. Montserrat Alsina graduated from Rhodes College in 1984.
