Description
This is a lecture by Mark Stansbury, a photographer who was active in documenting the Civil Rights Movement. During his career as a photographer he worked with the two major black newspapers in Memphis, the Memphis World and the Tristate Defender. In the interview he describes a number of photographs that he took during his career and also recalls vivid memories of the time surrounding the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
