Abstract
Description
This is a letter to Louie Martin of the Demoncratic National Committee from Avon Williams Jr., President of the Davidson County Independent Political Council and Co-Chair of the Tennessee Voter's Council. Louie discusses his intention to distribute copies of a letter he wrote on September 29, 1964 to notable people, including Russell B. Sugarmon and A.W. Willis.
