Abstract
Description
This is an interview with Bishop Joseph Durick. Durick was the apostolic administrator for Roman Catholic Diocese of Tennessee, headquarters in Nashville. Worked in Birmingham where he set up Catholic Information Center and was one of the Birmingham ministers to whom Dr. King's "Letter from the Birmingham Jail" was addressed. He came to Tennessee in 1964 and adopted Project Equality.
